Washington D.C.: Day 1

Saturday morning we got up and went to the bus station. It was a couldy day in New York. On the 5 hour bus ride it was pouring and then we got to Washington D.C. and it was hot with humidity in the air. The first thing we did was check into the hotel and it was so nice. There was even a starbucks in the lobby!! Once we got all set in we walked around and went to an art museum. Around 3 we had a tour of the National Museum of the American Indian. That was very interesting to see. It had tons of other different Native American Tribes. We all very much enjoyed seeing and getting new information. Atfer that was done we met up with Lindy's friend and went to Chinatown. We had some pretty amazing food, and then got some cupcakes. The last event we did was going shopping in Macy's at night and just walked around town. That was enough for one day. We were getting up early the next day.
